Refund policy

As all Crazy Collection products are handmade, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if your lighter case arrives damaged or broken due to delivery. To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send clear photos or a video of the damaged item and its packaging.

Requests made after 24 hours, or for damage caused after delivery, cannot be accepted.
