All Crazy Collection products are handmade. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, and design may occur and are part of the handmade nature of each piece.

Product images are for reference. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

All prices are listed in AED and may be changed at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product information, availability, or payment.

Orders are prepared within up to 3 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier’s schedule. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing an order.

As our products are handmade, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after an order is placed. The only exception is if an item arrives damaged during delivery. Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the item and its packaging.

Lighter cases are decorative accessories. Please use all products responsibly and keep them away from children, heat, and open flames. Crazy Collection is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of our products.
